Irf Thalor, a city long lost to the corruption of dark powers and those who were all too eager to wield them. The power they craved for ended up, damning the entire city to a state of undeath. But even in this dark and cursed land, there is some beauty still left, though twisted by the dark magic to be just as deadly. The Thalor Black Lotus is such an example, named after the first queen of Irf Thalor, the lotus was once filled with bright vibrant colors that held strong healing properties.  But over the centuries it has become dark and twisted as the corruption of dark magic seeped into the land. The vibrant colors turned faded and soon turned to black,  its powerful healing properties, soured to that of a deadly toxin. 
 
During the height of the blood wolf moon, the Thalor Black Lotus is in full bloom and strongest potency. It is during this time that my apprentices harvest these flowers with the greatest of care. We then begin the process of extracting the toxins and purifying them. Corked and sealed in a vial, to preserve its potency. Sufficient for all magical potions, magical studies, and spell components.
