One can find on the isle of Korut, a chain of volcanoes called the Calmut volcanoes. They have been active for over a hundred years, building the isle of Korut itself into many islands. Here there are all manners of creatures, that live and thrive in this harsh environment. Lava rivers, Magna pools, erupting volcanoes, are the home of a creature, that was pulled forth from the elemental plane of fire. 
 
These creatures are known as Fire Jackals, looking like their mundane counterpart. They are of average height, their fur tinted a rust orange, with a mane and tail of fire. Their eyes are bright orange, and their saliva drips burning everything it lands on, leaving a strong sulfur smell behind.
 
It is with utmost care that we work around these creatures, not native to our realm, they have found a home here. A few enchantments of sleep allow us to safely collect the saliva. This arrangement allows me to bring this rare substance to those seeking to study it. Corked and sealed in a vial, to preserve its potency. Sufficient for all magical potions, magical studies, and spell components.
