Deep in Croynear Forest where deep magic ebbs and flows, the forest is home to many creatures normal and magical in nature. As such it is where we find the peculiar fungi, known as Leaping toadstools. Such fungi tend to feed off the natural essence of the magic found in the forest.
 
They range from five to six inches tall, with a crown expanding three to four inches wide. The color of the fungi ranges from dull gray to light brown.  They are extremely difficult to catch as they tend to leap through the forest floor, following the currents of the deep magic. The ability to try and cultivate them has proven to be unfruitful, as there was no way to provide them with the magical energy that they feed on. 
 
Thus, to bring them to the arcane world, they must be harvested the old fashion way, Apprentices!! They are sent out to search for them, to collect and bring them back to my tower, to be properly prepared for you. Corked and sealed in a vial, to preserve its potency. Sufficient for all magical potions, magical studies, and spell components.
