In the northern peaks of the ancient highlands, where snow is found to be stable most of the year it has become a place where survival is critical. In these cold climates, many creatures have evolved to survive in these harsh climates in many unique ways.  Yetis, also known as Tundra Yeti, are large, white-furred humanoids twice as tall as a man, and three times as wide. Their teeth and claws are like daggers, and they are the apex predator in their environment.
 
They are unlikely to directly attack their prey, but instead, lie in wait and ambush it. There is very little communication between themselves and other races, it has yet to be discovered if they do indeed have a language or some form of intelligence above primal urges. 
 
The yeti roams a large range and during the spring they blow their coats, to make way for their dark brown spring-summer coat. It is this time that we scour the mountains in search of hair caught among the low-lying shrubs and trees. Thus, providing ample opportunity to collect them and bring them to you. Corked and sealed in a vial, to preserve its potency. Sufficient for all magical potions, magical studies, and spell components.
